Tel Hai Hertzler Building : Conversion to Assisted Living Units

Conversion of existing building to 4 independent living units

Description:
The owner wished to convert an outdated independent living building into two large 2-bedroom independent living units. Through creative planning and design, Lewis & Associates was able to provide four, 1,200 sq. ft. units. Along with the interior renovations, the owner wanted to give the building a “facelift” so it would better blend into the surrounding community.

The project also included the renovation of the lower floor into a flexible activity center.
