Chiques United Methodist Church: Multiple Projects

Description: Lewis & Associates Architects completed numerous small projects for Chiques United Methodist Church.  All projects required creative solutions to everchanging needs on a modest budget.  The existing parsonage was converted into the Church Ministries Building.  L&AA designed the project and construction documents to allow a Trustee to act as a Construction Facilitator to multiple small separate contracts.  Project yielded a comfortable, efficient office on an unbelievably small budget.

Several feasibility studies were completed to strategize how Chiques UMC could evolve and serve their community in the future.  Land was purchased to allow for future growth.  The existing sanctuary was studied to best accommodate traditional and contemporary worship styles.  New technologies have been blended with traditional elements.
