Description: Apex Advertising hired Lewis & Associates Architects to renovate a recently purchased warehouse facility to house their rapidly growing company within a specific budget.  After evaluating facility and budget, L&AA focused their upgrades to creating an efficient office layout that would best serve their expanding business in future years.  Minimum budget was available to upgrade exterior, however new color scheme was provided to enhance their new facility.
